    • Keep updating employee record in HRPro
    • Handle payroll calculation and final payment
    • Generate payroll data and pass to HR dept. for approval on time.
    • Prepare payroll data to bank autopay
    • Provide payroll allocation report to Finance dept.
    • Provide HR management report by monthly/quarterly (upon request)
  2. MPF Administration
    • Handle employee in/out record
    • Generate and report MPF contribution to related parties
  3. Group Benefits Insurance Administration
    • Handle employee in/out record
    • Check benefits insurance invoice details
  4. Payroll Period Working in Client Office
    • 1 – 2 days working in Caudalie Office
    • Working Hours 09:30 – 18:30
  5. Payroll Enquiry
    • CS hotline for payroll enquiry
    • Phone / email / WhatsApp
  6. Payslip Send Out
    • Generate payslip send out by email
  7. Handle Employee Termination
    • Final payment Handling 
    • Reference Letter Handling
    • Filing 56F to IRD and terminated employee
